Barrow in Furness Office
Ron Stephenson Sole Proprietor/ Partner
I am the longest practicing local Estate Agent in the Barrow area with over 26 years experience, prior to this I had 10 years experience with a Building Society. I opened my Barrow office 9 years ago, having taken over ownership from Reeds Rains Estate Agents, covering residential and commercial sales and residential and commercial lettings. The Dalton office was opened in 2003 along with my partner John Sharples. We both felt Dalton needed an additional estate agents owned and staffed by local people in order to provide a professional and personal service. |

Margaret Letting Co-ordinator
I started work in a Solicitors office as Office Junior in 1968 and worked in various departments until finally working solely in the Conveyancing Department for 18 years in total. I then returned to work in 1999 at Stephensons Estate Agents as a viewer until I assumed responsibility for the management of rental properties. |

Andrew Letting Administrator
I began working for a local building society in 1988 where I remained for 11 years, before running my own IT company supporting two of the countries largest insurance companies. It was during my time at the building society I took an interest in property and became a private landlord in 1993. Although property development and letting was just a hobby at the time, I have since gone on to set up a business acquiring a respectable portfolio of property, and have learnt about many of the pitfalls connected with renting along the way. |

Kerry-Anne Letting Co-ordinator
Prior to joining the team here at Stephensons Estate Agents I was employed as an Information Management Technology Facilitator for the NHS, providing engineering, technical and training support across Morecambe Bay. I have a Diploma in Business Administration and I am a Microsoft Certified Engineer. I have always worked in a client-facing role maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times. My key responsibilities are to manage all aspects of residential and commercial lettings in addition to providing assistance to the Residential Sales team. |

Margaret Personal Assistant/Negotiator

I have since changed my role and am the Personal Assistant to Ron Stephenson and managing the day to day running of the Property Department this includes preparing brochures for our Barrow and Dalton offices, maintaining our website and general administration duties. |
Dorothy Sales Negotiator
I have over 28 years experience in Estate Agency, also having knowledge of the legal aspects of property sales. I specialise in advising vendors how to market their property to the best advantage and negotiating sales through to completion. |
Dalton in Furness Office
John Sharples Partner Independent Financial Consultant (M.L.I.A) (D.I.P.)
With 14 years experience in financial services and fully qualified with full financial planning certificates. I cover the offices in Barrow and Dalton , giving full independent financial advice on mortgages, pensions, investments and life cover in the Furness area as well as the UK.

Rebecca Personal Assistant
I started with Stephensons in Dalton in August 2005. After working on the estate agency side of the company as an apprentice administrator I was offered the position of Personal Assistant to our Independent Financial Advisor, John Sharples. My work involves processing of mortgage/life applications, investment and pensions, general administration duties and customer liaison. |

Sarah Washington Office Manager
I started with the company as a part-time sales negotiator and am now the office manager in our Dalton in Furness branch. I am responsible for all aspects of residential sales, right from the initial valuation through to completion. I also oversee the lettings side of the business and to ensure the everyday smooth running of our office.

Caroline Sales Negotiator/Lettings Co-ordinator
After working in the Customer Service industry for a number of years I am employed as a Sales Negotiator at our Dalton in Furness branch. I am responsible for accompanied viewings, negotiating sales and assisting in the rental department of the business.
